The BSP riser nipple is a steel and sturdy fitting designed for use in hydraulic systems. This fitting allows fittings to be raised in areas such as valve tables and other tight spaces, and can also be used to change the size of the hydraulic line. The BSP riser nipple is the most common fitting set used in hydraulics, and its solid internal thread requires a Usit sealing ring for the connection. The thread is also known as R-thread or pipe thread.
