Composite hoses

Composite hoses are durable, flexible and easy-to-use hoses used in industry. Composite hoses are made by spirally twisting several layers of thermoforming fabrics and films, thanks to which the hoses have unique features. The composite hose is sturdy, pressure-resistant and less likely to leak if damaged. Due to the structure and material of the hose, composite hoses have a high chemical resistance and tolerate very different temperatures. The inner surface of composite hoses is usually made of PTFE film, polypropylene film or polyester film. The outer material is often made of PVC-coated fabric.  Composite hoses come in different thicknesses and plates. Thicker hoses are often more durable, but also heavier and less flexible. The necessary working pressure should also be taken into account when choosing a hose.  However, the most important thing is to choose a high-quality composite hose so that it lasts longer and works more efficiently. If you have questions about choosing the right composite hose, we will help!
